Flipping a coin and rolling a die.

Drawing a card from a deck without replacement, then drawing another card.

The amount of rainfall and the amount of sunshine in a week.

Choosing a red marble then choosing a green marble, when marbles are replaced after each draw.

Independent events don't affect each other.
